User Registration
First Step Check for existing User with a search by an user topic with the given name.
Note: Username must be unique!
Second Step
If no User with this name was found, you can create a new user
- Alternative If the username is already registered at the system, change the username with an appendix. might be a number, starting with 2
- Alternative If no password was given, think about one
then fill in the properties into the property panel
- username,
- password,
- firstname,
- lastname
Note: If a detailed description was given within the request, please fill the description property with information like: purpose of use, working area or website.
Third Step
Create an Association to the "Type Builder" Workspace with a direct Connection from User to Workspace,
"Retype" the Association to type "Membership" in the Context-Menu of the active Association.
Fourth Step
Login with the new User Account and see if everything works properly.
Note: Simple Check the Number of Types in Contextmenu at Search (11+5 Types)/ Create (10+5 Types)
Note: Further Check with a new Association between to blank topics, in the Retype Context Menu, the availability of 5+1 Association Types.
Additionally you can create a personal topic map called "my first view" and paste the template text into the description of the topic map.
Last Step
Reply the new User with the given Data. Get a Reply Mail and hide the password!
If the User comes from Berlin, inform him about the next "Introduction" Date
If the Reply is older Than A Week, fall on your knees...,
If no password was provided : send the new back in the reply mail If no unique username was possbile: send in reply mail: your desired name is already in use, please login with 'usernameN'
