I removed the "Contents" section because the TOC is generated automatically by JAMWiki.

BTW: =Contents= is no proper markup. About section headings the Wiki-Syntax page tells:

Start with 2 equals signs not 1 because 1 creates H1 tags
which should be reserved for page title.

In this Document most content was fetched out of the Forum, i started with the oldest message and worked nearly through the middle. it was just reorganized and respelled but i didn`t had much time for this yet. Please feel free to contribute and build up comprehensive sentences and paragraphs.
